Brought her own jewelry retailer public with an IPO in under 5 years, it won the Innovator of the Year Award 2013, E-commerce of the Year Award 2012.

Hill began at the largest US manufactures selling major jewelry retailers. She has now been behind the scenes consulting for the largest retailers, diamond houses and manufacturers in our industry. Her three decades in jewelry were split working in first the USA, then China & Europe. She sits on the CIBJO Technology Committee and has certifications from Oxford and Harvard in Disruptive Digital Marketing and Global Leadership.


Hayley Norton (G.G.)

ESG Lead

With an MBA in luxury goods business management, Hayley has helmed $50M businesses from Blue Nile to Ben Bridge and brings over a decade of experience to bear on her ESG focus. She is a member of the CIBJO Responsible Sourcing Nomenclature Committee and Climate Committee
